      Kothu parotta is famous recipe of Virudhunagar. The kothu parotta are made using egg, chicken pieces, salna etc.,There are various varieties of kothu parotta like egg kothu parotta, chicken kothu parotta, mutton kothu parotta, vegetable kothu parotta. Today we are going to make kothu parotta using chicken and egg. The delicious kothu parotta are served hot for dinner is really awesome to taste.Now let us how to make this mouth watering chicken egg kothu parotta.

Ingredients

Parotta- 8
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Egg- 4
Chicken gravy- 1 cup
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder- 1 table spoon
Garam masala- 1/2 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil

Instruction

1.Place a kadai add oil then add onion and tomato and saute for a minute
2.Then add the spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala
3.Now add the boneless chicken pieces in the chicken gravy
4.Add egg and then add required amount of salt 
5.After adding egg give it a quick stir and then add parotta and mix well
6.Parotta are well coated with egg masala
7.Now the chicken gravy and cook it for 5 minutes
8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
9.Chicken Egg Kothu parotta are ready to serve.

3.Add chicken pieces from the chicken gravy


4.Add beaten egg with the chicken pieces and give it a stir


5.Add salt


6.Now add the parotta pieces and saute it


7.Then add the chicken gravy and cook for 5 minutes


8.Now the kothu parotta are ready serve garnish with coriander leaves
