Homestyle Bread Manchurian
        Bread manchurian is a famous indo chinese cuisine with colourful bell peppers and vegetables.Manchurian is one of the colourful and healthy recipe.One can make manchurian using cauliflower, mixed vegetables,Chicken etc.,But today we are going to see how to make Bread manchurian unique and also healthy.Mostly manchurian are always deep fried but today we are going to make it different.Let see how to prepare it.



Serving size          - 4
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time       - 10 minutes

Ingredients

Onion- 1 Number
Capsicum- Red,Green and Yellow
Tomato Ketchup- 1 Spoon
Corn flour- 1 Spoon
Bread- 10 Numbers
Tomato- 2 Numbers
Red chillis- 5 Numbers
Salt- To taste
Ghee- 2 Spoon
Oil-2 Spoon

Instruction

1.Place a kadai add ghee and then add the bread slices
2.Roast the bread with medium flame for 5 minutes
3.Then again place kadai and add oil and saute the onions
4.After adding onions add red, green and yellow capsicum saute few minutes
5.Meanwhile i have boiled tomatoes and red chillies and removed the skin from tomatoes
6.Then grind the tomatoes and red chillies into smooth paste
7.After the onions and capsicum are sauted for 3 minutes add the grounded paste
8.Then add tomato ketchup for extra taste
9.Now we are going to adjust the consistency by adding corn flour mixed with water
10.Add salt and the roasted bread into it and cook for 5 minutes
11.Tasty Bread manchurians are ready to serve

4.Now the bread slices are roasted


5.Place a kadai add oil and then add onion into it



6.Then add capsicum and boiled tomato and red chilli paste



7.Add 1 spoon of tomato ketchup


8.Then add 1 spoon corn flour mixed with water into it


9.Add salt and the roasted bread slices 


10.Now the yummy bread manchurians are ready to serve
